Please know that your privacy is very important to us. For that reason we will not give or sell your information to any third parties.

What methods of payment do you accept?

Currently we accept payment via credit card, PayPal and direct deposit.

Do you accept international orders?

Yes we do, however shipping rates are calculated differently so please email sales@PlanetEco.com.au for final invoice details as they will differ from those that our shopping cart currently calculate.

Please note – we do not send seeds or any other plant material internationally.

What is your shipping and delivery policy?

Planet Eco uses Australia Post for shipping. You will only pay what Australia Post charge us to ship your order, this will be calculated when checking out. Express shipping is available. If you require further information please email sales@PlanetEco.com.au. All items that are in stock are packed and shipped within 48 hours of payment being received Monday to Friday.
